Sit back, relax and enjoy your day!

 

We invite you to relax, unwind and forget about the everyday stresses...

+ We will provide you with a fluffy towel, robe and slippers upon arrival. We recommend to bring 2 sets of swimwear, especially if you have booked afternoon treatments as we want you to be warm and cozy for the duration of your treatments.

+ theSpa is designed to be calm, quiet and relaxing and for this reason, the use of mobile phones is prohibited.

+ We also ask that you respect other spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation areas. Any rowdy or loud behaviour in any area of theSpa may result in you being asked to vacate the premises.

+ theSpa is an adult only environment and open only to persons aged 16 and over. Under no circumstances are theSpa guests permitted to bring alcohol into the spa.

+ Upon arrival, our team will confirm any treatment times and provide a verbal orientation of theSpa. We have 2 fully staffed reception desks in theSpa and lots of happy to help team members, so please ask if you have any questions.

Note: The management reserves the right to close any area of theSpa without prior notice for essential or emergency maintenance.

Spa days typically run from 10am - 6pm.

If you are joining us for the day we want you to relax and unwind from the world. Leave your watches and mobiles at home and enjoy the company of a loved one, or some precious 'me' time.

We strive to advise treatment times prior to arrival*. On occasion treatment times may vary but we will keep you updated.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, appointment times may change. We will endeavour to notify you before arrival to advise of any changes and offer an alternative time or service.

Please be advised of our swim times:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 11am

Weekends, Bank Holidays: 8am - 12noon & 3pm - 6pm.

We also hold an aqua aerobics class on Mondays at 11am, Thursday at 7pm and Fridays at 11am (each class is 45mins)

The management reserves the right to close any area of theSpa without prior notice for essential maintenance.

theSpa treatment hours:

10am until 8pm: Monday - Friday

10am until 6.30pm: Saturday & Sunday

Off-peak: Monday - Thursday | Peak: Friday - Sunday 

theSpa can get very busy, so please give as much notice as possible when scheduling your spa days or treatments with us.

Note: Bookings are essential for all spa day packages and treatments. All treatments are subject to availability. We have Male & Female therapists in the team, if you have a preference please advise us at the time of booking.

For all-day spa bookings, a valid credit/debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation until full payment has been taken.

For groups of 4 or more, full payment will need to be made at least 5 days prior to the date of your booking. Where spa days and group packages are booked within the cancellation period, we assume there will be no cancellation and you will be expected to pay the full amount.

 

theSpa at Doubletree by Hilton Chester is an adult facility, for persons aged 16 and over.

In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, recent operations or pregnancy that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking.

Note: We advise that the heat and hydrotherapy experiences cannot be used by guests who are pregnant or under medical supervision of any kind.

All treatments are inclusive of consultation and aftercare.

To ensure you receive your full treatment benefits, please arrive at theSpa reception at least 15 minutes early to check in prior to your appointment.

Due to our strict booking system, in the event that you may arrive late for your treatment, we will only be able to offer the remaining treatment time, but may still charge the full price of the treatments.

Our team will be delighted to assist you in purchasing the perfect gift.

Spa gift vouchers can be ordered in person or via the website.

Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable against any spa package, treatment or product and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.

Please hand in any vouchers that are being used for payment at the time of arrival. In the unlikely event that vouchers are left at home, an alternative payment method will be required. 

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at Reception.

Items will be stored for three months. If they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities.

Liquids, under-garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. Please bring as few valuables as possible. theClubandSpa are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal items

Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling of treatments to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge.

Additionally, we require 48 hours notice to cancel an Overnight Break or Spa Day Experience to avoid a 100% charge. (72 hour notice applies to groups of 4 or more)

Childrens swim times:

Monday- Friday 7am - 11am, Weekends & Bank Holidays 8am - 12noon & 3pm - 6pm.


We also hold an aqua aerobics class:

Tuesdays at 1pm and Thursdays at 12:15pm & 7pm (each class is 45mins)

There is complimentary parking for spa guests in the grounds.

Service charge is not included in your treatments, the best compliment you could give to your therapist is a gratuity.

It is customary to give 10% if happy with your treatment.
