Our class schedule covers a wide range of disciplines. You can take part in some of the worlds most recognisable and effective group exercise classes – 7 days a week. From holistic, stress-busting classes to dance and high-impact we can really offer something whatever mood you’re in! Burning calories has never felt better!
Classes can be booked up to six days in advance.
If you wish to cancel a class, please do so two hours before the class begins. Booking is strongly recommended as we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.Book a Class
