Meet The Team

 

 

I am a semi-professional kickboxer with nearly 10 years of experience and I am proud to hold the K 1 Welsh Champion title Aside from kickboxing.

I also enjoy playing a few rounds of golf in my free time.

When it comes to training, I prefer to focus on circuits and resistance training I find that this type of
workout helps me to improve my strength and endurance and keeps me engaged in my training

 

 

 

 

I am a competitive horse rider and an avid gym goer I have a passion for horses and fitness, which has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember.


On my weekends, you can often find me traveling the country to compete in county shows, where I showcase my riding skills and compete against other talented riders.

 

 

 

 

 

I am someone who puts my family first I love spending time with my loved ones and creating memories.
Fitness is a big part of my life I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and stay in shape.

My preferred training style is circuits and strength training, as I find this helps me to build strength and maintain a healthy body composition.

 

 

 
 
I'm a fitness nerd who's spent over a decade diving into the science of improving the human body.
 
I now spend a lot of time creating content and sharing what I've learned in order to help
others achieve a stronger, leaner physique without the need of extreme dieting.
 
When I'm not lifting weights, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors.
