Classes

Your day spa visit could very easily include a mind and body class. Simply arrive earlier and enjoy a class before your treatment, or join a class later in the day. Speak with our reception in advance or on the day to find out what will be available during your visit.

These particular classes, such as yoga and pilates, are a world away from hi-impact classes and an excellent complement to our spa experience – one of the many benefits of being a health club as well as a spa.

Whichever mind and body class you choose you will have the opportunity to exercise muscles, improve suppleness, flexibility, posture and tone, using lengthening, strengthening and stretching techniques.

At the end of the session, taken by one of our highly trained instructors, you're sure to feel in harmony, totally relaxed and calm.
