Our spacious, air-conditioned gym is equipped with kit from TechnoGym™, a world leader in innovative fitness equipment and the latest gadgets to motivate, monitor and manage your fitness! All our cardiovascular equipment includes integrated flat screen TVs and a choice of TV and music channels. You can even dock your i-Pod.
Virtual off-roading
And you just have to use the new virtual reality-enhanced exercise bikes which create the illusion you are riding over real terrain. It's more like a video game experience, as you take bends, go up hill, down hill.
Realtime analysis
You can even keep track of your heart rate as you're working out by carrying a unique 'Activio' sensor that transmits the data in real time, providing instant analysis!
Fitness exclusives
Exclusive to the club in this region, is the very latest 'Vario', Technogym's newest and most versatile piece of kit yet. It allows you to undertake a variety of exercises whilst working to your own personal stride – it's got to be seen to be believed! Then there's 'Visio' from Technogym, an amazing digital screen that guides you through your workout, telling you about upcoming classes, playing you videos and more.
Personal training
On joining the club you may want to set yourself some goals. Our Personal Trainers are the very best in the business, fully qualified, motivated and ready to ensure you realise those more specific, goal-orientated aims and ambitions.
Technogym key
As a member you have a Technogym key holding your personal data which is updated every visit to record your fitness progression. You can monitor your progress made in and out of the gym with the key. Even walking the dog counts with this latest technology.
Vibration training
And if you're up against time, we can help you reduce your workout by 70% using the very latest vibration training technology from 'Vibrogym'.
