10am until 8pm: Monday- Friday

10am until 6.30pm Saturday & Sunday

Off peak: Monday - Thursday | Peak: Friday - Sunday 

Booking Process

thespa can get very busy, so please give as much notice as possible when scheduling your spa days or treatments with us. Our spa reservation team will assist you in planning your spa day.

Bookings are essential for all spa day packages and treatments. All treatments are subject to availability.

Advisory Medical Information

thespa at Chester DoubleTree is an adult facility, for persons aged 16 and over. In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking. We advise that the heat and hydrotherapy experiences cannot be used by guests who are pregnant or under medical supervision of any kind.

 

Arrival Time

To ensure you receive your full treatment benefits, please arrive at thespa reception at least 15 minutes early to check in prior to your appointment.

Due to our strict booking system, in the event that you may turn up late for your treatment, we will only be able to offer the remaining treatment time, but may still charge the full price of the treatments. Please hand in any vouchers that are being used for payment at the time of arrival.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, appointment times may change. We will endeavour to notify you before arrival to advise of any changes and offer an alternative time or service.

Gift Vouchers

Our team will be delighted to assist you in purchasing the perfect gift. Spa gift vouchers can be ordered in person or via the website. Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable against any spa package, treatment or product and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.

 

How To Spa

We recommend that you bring two swimsuits and money to buy drinks and any additional products you may like to purchase.

 

Spa Days Information

For all day spa bookings a valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation until full payment has been taken. Full payment will need to be made at least 5 days prior to the date of your booking.

For groups of 4 or more Please allow 72 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Where spa days and group packages are booked within the 72 hours cancellation period, we assume there will be no cancellation and you will be expected pay the full amount.

Spa Treatment Information

All treatments are inclusive of consultation and aftercare.

We have Male & Female therapists in the team, if you have a preference please advise us at the time of booking.

A valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the remaining amount of the reservation until full payment has been taken on the day of treatment.

Lost property

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at Reception. Items will be stored for three months. If they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities.

Liquids,under garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. Please bring as few valuables as possible.

The club and spa are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal items

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling of treatments to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge. Additionally, we require 48 hours notice to cancel an Overnight Break or Spa Day Experience to avoid a 100% charge. (72 hour notice applies to groups of 4 or more)

Spa Tranquillity

We politely request that you respect other guests and the ethos of thespa, by switching all mobile phones to silent during your visit.

Parking and Access

There is complimentary parking for spa guests in the grounds.

Gratuity

Service charge is not included in your treatments, the best compliment you could give to your therapist is a gratuity, it is customary to give 10% if happy with your treatment.

 

The Spa is designed to be calm, quiet and relaxing and for this reason the use of mobile phones is prohibited. We also ask that you respect other spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation areas. Any rowdy or loud behaviour in any area of The Spa may result in you being asked to vacate the premises. The Spa is an adult only environment and open only to persons aged 16 and over. Under no circumstances are The Spa guests permitted to bring alcohol into the spa.


SPA POOL

Please be advised of our childrens swim times: Monday- Friday 7am-11am, Weekends & Bank Holidays 8am-12noon & 3pm-6pm.

We also hold an aqua aerobics class on Mondays at 11am, Thursday at 7pm and Fridays at 11am (each class is 45mins)

 

The management reserves the right to close any area of The Spa without prior notice for essential maintenance.

Spa Day Treatment Times

 Spa days typically run from 10am-6pm. As you are joining us for the day we ask you relax from the word go. Leave your watches and mobiles at home and enjoy the company of a loved one, so the guilty pleasure of some 'me' time.

We strive to advise treatment time prior to arrival and again on arrival. On occasion treatment times may vary but we will keep you updated.
