How long can you endure the Treadmill?

The challenge is to stay on the treadmill as long as you can while the gradient gets steeper every minute...

  • For the Gents the treadmill will be set at a speed of 10.8kph
  • For the ladies the treadmill will be set at a speed of 8.5kph 

The gradient will start off on 0% and will be upped by 0.5% every minute until you can no longer continue!*

*Please get an Instructors assistance to take part in this challenge.

The winners will receive a bottle of bubbly and a FREE guest pass!
