Studio Classes

Inspiration and motivation is what our instructors look to provide in every class. Amongst the best in their field they help you have a great exercise experience.

Hi-tech sprung flooring, mood lighting, temperature control and powerful music systems create an unparalleled group exercise experience.

Our class programme covers a wide range of disciplines. You can take part in some of the world’s most recognisable and effective group exercise classes – 7 days a week. From holistic, stress busting classes to dance and high impact we can really offer something whatever mood you’re in! Burning calories has never felt better!

Bookings

Classes can be booked up to six days in advance. Founder members may book up to seven days in advance. Booking is strongly recommended as we operate on a first come, first serve basis. You can book classes by telephoning the club directly on 01244 40 88 40 or in person at the club reception desk. If you wish to cancel a class, please do so two hours before the class begins.

Spinning

An excellent, highly motivating class using specially designed spinning bikes, guaranteed to get the adrenalin pumping. Cycle your way to fitness with this ultimate calorie killer.

High Impact

 

A range of classes to improve your co-ordination whilst enjoying a hi-energy, fun-packed session of calorie-burning, combined with muscular strength endurance. Bring it on!

Holistic

Gentle classes with a more relaxed approach to getting fit. An opportunity to exercise muscles, improve posture and tone, using lengthening, strengthening and stretching techniques.

Body Conditioning

An overall body workout, that also targets those problem areas, combining strength and tone with endurance and aerobic exercises for all over feel-good and look good.

Boxing

These classes are a great way to learn a new physical skill whilst keeping fit. It helps with stamina, resistance and poise. You will increase physical strength and body conditioning.

Circuit Training

A large range of exercises aimed at specific muscles and general strength. You’ll undertake a mix of anaerobic and aerobic training. A perfect base for a number of sports.
