Duncan Holland

Duncan is a real fitness all-rounder who enjoys gym training and challengning off-road adventure races, including the Dellamere Hellrunner. A great motivator, Duncan recently completed the Men's Health Magazine 'Survival of the Fittest Assault Course' and survived!

Emily Muir

 

Emily comes from a dance background and have been in the fitness industry since the age of 17. She specialises in cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, body sculpting, core and abdominal training.

Emma Billett

Emma will help you reach your goals, making your session fun yet challenging. She is an expert in Pilates and specialises in core strength and stability.

Will Kirkby

Wills's specialises in cardiovascular fitness, strength training, sports performance, functional training, body conditioning, kettlebells, nutrition advice, weight loss / body fat loss.

Kate Shaw

Kate's sessions will introduce you to a new and unique approach to fitness.Her training method will cover all aspects of full-body exercise to help you burn fat, build muscle and stay healthy.
